24 Hour Relay Vancouver - BC Lions Society for Children With Disabilities

The 24 Hour Relay is more than staying up all night with your co-workers and running in circles; it's 24 little hours that can make a lifetime of difference in lives of children with disabilities.

Thrifty Foods was well represented at both the Victoria and Vancouver 24 Hour Relay events. Teams on both sides of the water were very busy fundraising for the big day, which proved to be a lot of fun.

We are pleased to announce that the Miles of Smiles Team in Vancouver presented a cheque for Thrifty Foods' total donation of $24,044. In Victoria, the Aisles of Smiles Team raised $34,405.21 and received the award for First Place Fundraising Team. Way to go everyone!
