Customer Panel Incentive Rules

Panel Members will be offered a number of prizes or rewards for taking the time to help us. Each project will have the rules and regulations available in a separate URL listed in the invitation to participate. Survey participation is required to receive a prize or reward, although no purchase is required. All winners will be notified by email and will be required to complete a prize winner Affidavit of Eligibility as well as answer a time limited mathematical skill testing question.
