Secret Santa Gift Donation Program Helps Local Seniors
December 19, 2011
Thrifty Foods Coquitlam and Thrifty Foods
Sapperton (New Westminster), in partnership with Home Instead Senior Care, have
set up two very special Christmas trees to help bring a bit of joy to seniors living
alone this holiday season.Located inside each store, the trees have been decorated with colourful sheets of paper with the names of local seniors and a suggested gift donation. Customers are invited to select a name and then drop off a Secret Santa gift at the store. Over the holiday season, each senior selected will experience the joy of an unexpected gift from a Thrifty Foods customer. A special thank you to all who have participated this year.
If you live in the Coquitlam or New Westminster area, please consider adding a Home Instead gift to your shopping list.
